The Gavita Slim Line 2 (SL2) fixture includes the HR96 Reflector for maximum efficiency and uniformity, designed specifically with broad light dispersion in mind. This commercial style fixture features highly efficient passive ballast cooling that helps contribute to long fixture life. Other features include sealed housing with a Gore-Tex® ventilation plug, and controllable output up to 1150 W. The Gavita SL2 also features a dimming knob, so growers can manually adjust the light output to meet plants’ changing needs. The SL2 is equipped with a Repeater Bus interface. This double-port connection enables control of the SL2 with a Gavita EL Controller (sold separately). Connect up to 100 fixtures in a single daisy chain series, up to five daisy chains per EL controller output. A single EL controller output can control up to five 100-fixture daisy chains, giving you room to grow.

Manual Dimming Knob
The Gavita SL2 features an easy-to-use dimming knob that allows you to adjust the intensity of your fixture without the need for a Gavita EL Controller (sold separately). Dimmable range allows you to choose from 600 W, 660 W, 750 W, 825 W, 1000 W and 1150 W.

Replaceable Reflector
Our bracket is designed to make swapping out your reflector fast and easy. Replacing your reflector is important because miro aluminum cannot easily be cleaned. Even the most thorough cleaning will not be enough to restore the reflector to its original state. For this reason, we recommend you change reflectors: every year in a “dirty” environment (dust, foggers, sprays), or every two years in a clean environment.

e-Series Compatibility
The Gavita SL2 is an e-Series fixture, making it compatible with Gavita EL Master Controllers (sold separately). Adding a controller enables features like centralized on and off, sunrise/sunset dimming, high temp dimming, and shutdown set points.

Repeater Bus Configuration
Gavita developed the Repeater Bus interface for fixed installations in professional environments. What sets this interface apart is the double-port connector on the ballast. The active interface repeats the input signal to the output. This setup lets you directly daisy chain 100 fixtures per string, and five strings per controller port, to connect a maximum of 500 fixtures per controller port.
