The Botanicare® Pallet Rack Tray 4 ft x 8 ft is designed to fit standard (42 in wide x 96 in length) pallet racking or shelving. Utilizing racking for vertical propagation allows you to take advantage of overhead space, reducing your cultivation footprint by up to 50%. Specially designed features allow this tray to sit flat on the pallet racking with a trough that hangs slightly over the edge. This trough collects runoff then directs it toward the bulkhead recess to reduce standing water. The Rack Tray is perfect for large-scale microgreen or propagation production accommodating sixteen, 10 x 20 prop flats. The 93 in length allows trays to be palletized vertically in quantities of 30 on a standard 40 in x 48 in pallet.

The Botanicare 2×4 Rack Tray is designed to fit standard (48”L x 18”D x 69”H ) chrome wire shelving (baker’s racks). At 45.5” in length these trays fit snugly inside the wire shelving units- Each tray can accommodate four 10” x 20” prop flats. The 2×4 Rack Tray is perfect for large scale micro green or commercial propagators looking to maximize production. Three trays and a reservoir can fit comfortably on a standard chrome wire shelf unit producing more than 600 clones or 12 micro green flats in an 8 sq ft area.

As part of an experimental new approach to address needs of local growers, he developed a unique organic plant supplement that he called Pure Blend. He literally brewed it in the back room of his store and gave Pure Blend to several of his favorite customers, asking them to give it a try. His customers were encouraged to return to the store with empty bottles to get refills – and they did in droves. After rave reviews he bottled it with the name Pure Blend Original and began to sell it. As demand for Pure Blend grew retailers began to contact Treg to see if they could order Pure Blend for their stores. Encouraged by the success of Pure Blend, he developed an additional product line called Pure Blend Pro. By 1996 Sea of Green opened two additional stores in Arizona and the success of the Pure Blend line inspired Bradley to focus his efforts solely on developing new products. He sold the Sea of Green stores and incorporated American Agritech in Tempe, Arizona and launched its primary product line: Botanicare. TODAY.
